Clause VI
The Rights and Obligations of Members

1. The regular members have the right to participate at the meetings of the Membership meeting and their representatives may be elected to the bodies of the Association. They have the right to express their opinion on the submitted documents and request regular responses to their proposals, request the Supervisory Board to perform the control of the books of the Association. They have the right to participate on the budget development, consult any documents, ask for explanations and approve the books of the Association and the accounting closure at the Membership meeting.

2. The associated members have the right to participate at the Membership meeting, elect their representatives to the consultancy committee, participate on the activities of the Board and the Supervisory Board via the consultancy committee, submit the Association the proposals and comments via the consultancy committee, and ask the Supervisory Board for inspection of books.

3. The honourable members have the right to submit their proposals to the Board and the Membership meeting. The honourable member has the right to participate at the Membership meeting as the guest.

4. The supporting members of the Association have the right to submit their proposals to the Board and the Membership meeting. The supporting member has the right to participate at the Membership meeting as the guest.

5. All members have the right to participate in the work of the expert commissions.

6. The members have the obligation to pay the following fees:
a. entry fee in amount stated by the Membership meeting,
b. annual membership fee in amount stated by the Membership meeting,
c. other payments for services provided by the Association and their bodies for members in amount stated by the Membership meeting upon the proposal of the Board.

7. The annual membership fee shall be payable in four quarter installments, due by the 10th calendar day of each commenced quarter. The newly accepted member is obliged to pay the proportional part of the annual membership fee. The proportion shall be calculated from the 1st day of the month in which the new member was accepted to the Association.

8. The entry fee shall be paid in full amount regardless from the date of the acceptation of the new member in the Association. The entry fee of the new member shall be paid within 15 days from the approval of the new member by the Membership meeting, or associated member by the Board, otherwise the effect of such acceptation shall expire.

9. Other payments for services shall be paid in amount proposed by the Board and approved by the Membership meeting on the basis of the regular documents.

10. In case the payments as per section 5 of this Clause are delayed by more than 30 days, the Association shall be entitled to bill the interest from such delay in amount of 0.05% of the debt for each day of the delay.

11. In case the member is delayed with payment of fees for longer than 30 calendar days, the Executive Director shall send a written appeal to pay within 15 working days. He shall repeat such an appeal after inefficient period once more with the payment due date within 10 working days. If the member does not react to the second reminder, the Executive Director shall inform the Board. The Board may, on the basis of this fact, propose to the Membership meeting to expel the non-payer. If the non-payer will pay his debts including the interest from delay latest until the Membership meeting shall vote on his challenge, the proposal for such challenge shall be withdrawn from the agenda. The challenge from the Association does not touch the right of the Association for payment of receivables.

12. The member must not act in contradiction to the subject of the Association activities as per Clause II, section 1 of the Statutes.

13. The members have the right to mention the membership in the Association in their business activities.
