Statute of ATOClause III
Association Opinions
The procedure for any opinion of the Association presented to third parties
shall be the following: the Association opinion shall be such opinion, to which
not one of the regular Association members has voted against. A qualified
opinion of the Association shall be the opinion adopted by 2/3 the majority of
the present regular Association members. The opinion of the expert commission of
the Association shall be the opinion of such expert commission, whose activities
are participated by less than 50 % of the regular Association members, and which
shall be adopted by a 2/3 majority of the expert commission members. Any other
voting result shall lead to a situation where the relevant opinion may not be
related to the Association opinion. The regular Association member who, in case
of the voting result: “opinion of the qualified majority of the Association
members” or opinion of the expert commission of the Association, abstained from
adopting the opinion or persuaded an opinion different from that of the
majority, has the right to have this fact mentioned in the opinion. Neither the
members, nor the bodies of the Association may adopt or present any opinion or
statements on behalf of the Association against third parties otherwise than
stated above.
