Clause I
Name, Address, and Origin

1. The name of the association is the “Association of the Telecommunication Operators” shortly “ATO” (further referred to as Association only).

2. The Association is an association of legal entities as per §§ 20f and following of the Civil Code.

3. The address of the Association is Železná 19, Bratislava.

4. The Association is established for an uncertain period.

5. The Association becomes a legal entity after registration at the Regional Office in Bratislava. The proposal for registration shall be submitted by the person authorized by the founding Membership meeting of the Association.

6. The Association operates its web site under the name www.ato.sk.
